Pulls skill-packs.json from upstream — it’s the machine-readable mirror of the README’s Community Skill Packs table. Each pack’s author field is exact-matched (case-insensitive) against fork owners. Mismatches happen when the pack author publishes under one GitHub account and forks under another — fixable with a manual override map if it becomes annoying.
